Review of The Fifth Estate (2013) by Jennifer S — 17 Oct 2013
I'm being gracious and giving this two stars, but they only go to Benedict Cumberbatch. This movie is all over the place. The graphics are heavy and distracting, half the dialogue is seen on computer screens, and you never really get what is going on.
Also, there are way too many characters and the script can't decide who the protagonist is. It's an overload of information and in the end I don't really think you care. Bottom line is that Benedict Cumberbatch is way better than the movie and if you really want a Cumberbatch fix, just watch anything else he's in.
