Review of The Fifth Estate (2013) by Dietrich B — 17 Oct 2013
This is better than it is made out to be. Confused/confusing, yes, complex, yes. But so was Wikileaks. The title defines it. And Assange's white hair exemplifies it. There are 3 versions of why it's white in the movie, and only the last is the truth (maybe!).
The film is frustrating and dizzying, but so was Wikileaks. And to see how Bradley Manning blindsided them is worth the whole movie.
