This was billed as a comedy, albeit a dark comedy, but there's just not comic relief in it. I hated the opening, it's choppy and switches quickly back and forth between locales and as-yet-unfamiliar characters.
Dividing it into titled chapters is supposed to be funny, I think, but it does nothing to further the story, and the graphics were unhelpful and incredibly difficult to read. The credits were impossible to read.
Some elements of the plot made no sense. I love Emma Stone, Olivia Colman and Rachel Weisz,, but not in this movie.
