Scrumptious cinematography. Incredible sound effects sets the moods. Incredible acting by all, including supporting actors Nicholas Hoult & Joe Alwyn. The story kept me at the edge of my seat, an unexpected dark romp.
Why all of the cynical puritans are trashing this movie, I donâ(TM)t understand. This isnâ(TM)t a Marvel movie formula where the protagonists always prevail! Interesting plot that wound my mind up and swept me away.
I literally felt like seeing a period piece and I popped into this movie due to the ð?... criticsâ(TM) score! â~Dang,â(TM) I thought, this flick and music sure remind me of â~The Killing of a Sacred Deer,â(TM) and sure as heck I was spot on! What a wonderful surprise & a total relief from formulaic blockbusters.
