I know that the book and movie differed. Which is usual, but in this movie there were unnecessary changes.
It didn't have a different story they just focused deeper on different topics like 40/60 then 60/40. It was definitely a tear guzzler. It was a great movie to see then have an existential crisis. With well developed goofy characters and a story that makes the viewer think about the meaning of things I recommend it to everyone who doesn't only like a specific genre movie. P.S.
