The girl has a medical condition so we might preoccupy our mind that this is story about a helpless girl trying to find some love in her life. Well, she does find true love eventually but its not the end.
Those zodiac stars (if any) have written some different story for her, faulty one in this case. The beauty of the movie is in the transformation of a situation which will make you to realise that nothing should be granted in life, nothing is certain, and the ever changing situations are the true beauty of life.
Nothing is eternal except the true love you.
