Ansel Elgort and Shailene Woodley are perfect actors to portray the respective roles of Augustus Waters and Hazel Grace Lancaster. Very rarely are film adaptations superior to its written source. However, this brilliant film just about trumps the novel or is nonetheless as equal in conveying all the ups and downs life brings.
