Review of The Fate of the Furious (2017) by Maarten T — 14 Jun 2017

Once a series has hit it's eighth instalment, you start to wonder if they can come up with new concepts. This movie proves that you can come up with a new and fresh idea. This film was super entertaining. I didn't expect much and I was pleased. The acting was excellent. All the actors played their fan fave rolls perfect once again. Charlize Theron played an excellent villain that the audience loves to hate. The cameos that were slipped in were cool touches. The action was very action packed and fun. They found a way to raise the bar of action scenes one level higher. The plot was not nonsense and was a new interesting idea for the series. The soundtrack fit the film well, like most of the soundtracks of the series. The film balanced Action and Laughs Perfectly. Overall, this film was a fun film to open up the summer movie season.
