Review of The Fate of the Furious (2017) by Voodoo123 — 16 Mar 2019
+Very silly OTT action galore.
+Sound, visuals and cast all pumped up ready to GO.
-Awful child-like dialogue -A tired effort compared to previous films This was a bit of a slog to get through - admittedly I maybe asked to much of the film+Very silly OTT action galore.

This was a bit of a slog to get through - admittedly I maybe asked to much of the film going in and so I found it was harder to enjoy than I'd expected so I recommend watching with as few IQ points as possible engaged so you can switch off the logic centre of your brain enough to enjoy the BAH BAH BAH BLOOM YEA BOI awesomeness. While Statham and Johnson were at least watchable, everyone else looked asleep...
IMO Fast 5 was a gem and the original had its charms -FOTF and the other films in the series are a bit of a chore. The producers have forgone the idea of a film about fancy racing and moral codes with a twist of danger, but instead decided to screw that formula and grab the big screen easy bucks and waste obscene amounts of money on an expensively made poorly written badly executed thunderbirds episode (with some cars in there somewhere honest!).
