Tokyo Drift features a all new cast, with pretty much a all new story. Honestly, the entire movie is terrible with the exception of the last 20-25 minutes. It's kind of boring, and its just doesn't have much thrill, again with the exception of the last 25 minutes.
The reason I give this movie even a 40% is because the ending is exciting and features a nice cameo from a big star. Other then that Tokyo Drift does not live up to the excitement that the first two movies had.
