I decided to watch this when it was on TV out of curiosity as "The Fast and The Furious" was entertaining enough (mainly due to Vin Diesel) whereas "2 Fast 2 Furious" was forgettable at best. With that in mind, on what side of the balance would the third installment of the franchise come down on?
Unfortunately: squarely in the second. :(.
