Review of The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006) by Faizal B — 07 Apr 2015
This third installment in the F&F series may be bland and dull in terms of plot and performances, but at least the driving sequences are terrific and really fun to watch. It's also a nice move that they tried to delve in deeper into the car culture and settle in Japan.
Now if only the plot could've been better and more interesting. Well, Tokyo Drift is still a pretty entertaining film if you shut your brain off. It's about the same level of 2Fast 2Furious, but hey! at least Tokyo Drift isn't as absurd as its' predecessor.
