Review of The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006) by Paul F — 30 Jul 2015
Entertaining enough but it's just not right without Diesel or Walker in the lead. Lucas Black was as wooden as a cricket bat and massively uncovincing as a high school student.
Great drift races add a nice change up to the drag scene and Sean Boswell's 1976 Ford Mustand Fastback is just beautiful.
In the end though, this is definitely the weakest entry in the series.
"Police cars here are only factory tuned. If you can do better than 180K they can't catch you, so they don't even try.".
