Review of The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006) by Brandon S — 22 Jan 2015
The acting was ridiculously flat, especially Han, but his character is supposed to be like that, so I guess I can't say anything. But every other actor delivered a dull on-screen presence, and the villain's identical facial expression that showed up over and over and OVER AND OVER again was just.. no. However, there are positives. The racing sequences are awesome, I'm an avid car guy, so the pretty ladies aren't the only ones that count as eye candy, and it's a reasonably entertaining action film, if nothing more. BUT GOD THE CLICHES AND JUST EVRYTHING ELSE...... it's shit.
2/10, maybe a 3 if I'm feeling generous.
