Review of The Fast and the Furious (2001) by Brad S — 27 Jan 2012
Who knew that this movie would turn into a decade long franchise. The story of an undercover cop trying to inflitrate a road racing crew that is high jacking track trailors has potential. I actually think the acting lets he story down.
Paul Walker isn't entirely believable as the conflicted cop. And Vin Diesel has a hard time delivering on the angry criminal. Having said this the movie still has a certain charm and believe it or not I'm going to have a look at the second installment 2 Fast 2 Furious (that title makes me laugh everytime).
