Review of The Fast and the Furious (2001) by Jake H — 03 Apr 2015

Liked it better the 2nd time (1.5 years later), I was willing to take it on its own terms. Likewise the 3rd time, which was 6 years later. It's very well made, moves along, has mostly a really good script, very good casting, but it's Vin Diesel who carries it entirely.

I'm not usually into movies with car chase scenes and this one is built upon them. I hear the series (up to 7 now), is largely better than the first, so I'm going to have a look at the others.
