This movie would go on develop one of the biggest action franchises in the world, but it had bromantic humble beginnings. With a small budget, it was able to make an entertaining undercover cop thriller, all covered in cheese.
The first movie wasn't anything amazing but the sequels are more bombastic and entertaining.
