Review of The Fantasticks (2000) by Miriam A — 09 Mar 2010
As the movie got going, I started to worry it was just going to be an overly sappy, corny musical. As it got futher in I realized there's a reason for this bing the world's longest running musical, aside from the fact that it's cheap to put on.
Sad, wise, romantic, and a little silly. If you liked Moulin Rouge or Strictly Ballroom, I'd suggest giving this a try.
