A cute family gathering type movie that was quite enjoyable with funny moments, and tension that kept your attention. I thought it had similarities to Steve Carrell's "Dan in Real Life", however "The Family Stone" was executed in a better way.
It was a different role for Parker, but I liked how her character turned out in the end. Rachel McAdams was PERFECT as usual. The rest of the cast did a good job, although the movie was somewhat predictable, it was still worth the watch.
