Review of The Family Man (2000) by Whinny M — 10 Dec 2010
A surprisingly decent film. The worst thing about it is the title. Couldn't they have come up with something a little more snazzy? Personally, I could care less about Nicolas Cage as an actor, but he is probably one of the few guys that could pull this part off - Wall Street guru who gets a glimpse of what his life would have been if he had made different choices.
Includes some subtle odes to A Christmas Carol and It's a Wonderful Life. A feel good movie that's worth a rental this holiday season.
