Review of The Family Man (2000) by Bennett B — 01 Dec 2012
This movie is a great movie. One of the best movies I have ever seen has a great plot. Though it relates greatly to It's a Wonderful Life this movies plot is just as fresh. Nicolas Cage puts on a great performance as Jack Campbell, a lonely man who just doesn't quite yet realize it, as he is given a glimpse of what life would have been like if he had not left his girlfriend and gone to London.
Through this glimpse he realizes that fame and fortune is not everything and that when you think you have everything you could possibly want there is something you are lacking. Through the magic of the angelic Cash, played by Don Cheadle, he is given the opportunity of a lifetime.
