I felt all the violence was cheesy and lame. Not to mention the terrible premise. The mafia is not intimidating anymore. It is 2014 and they felt it was necessary to have the villian as a 1950's style hitman.
The cast was typecast purely off of their former selves. They even attended a screening of Goodfellas and it made no sense at all. Its a movie with De Niro watching a movie starring De Niro. The kid was annoying as hell too.
I highly dislike this movie. If it's goodfellas to you, its Goodfellas over this!
