Review of The Family (2013) by Katherine H — 11 May 2014
I can't figure out why this has such poor ratings. My family (haha) and I really liked it. Produced in part, by Scorsese, It had humor (seriously, my mom and I both laughed so loud we startled/scared my poor dog.
..again), action, and the obligatory sex scene. Not to mention, it starred Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer, Diana Agron, a bunch of "mob guys" and Tommy Lee Jones (plus a cute kid playing the son - John D'Leo, I believe - an amazing German Shepherd!) Seriously, what's not to like? Just my opinion, of course, but I stand by it.
