One of the best looking movies I've ever seen, and one of my all-time favourite adventures because it was all done CGI-free!
Sweet story of a physically and mentally broken-down guy who befriends a girl in the hospital they're both stuck in. He tells her an epic tale to get her to steal him a bottle of morphine so he can kill himself.
The visuals are spectacular, but some of the violence is beyond gruesome, which is probably why it didn't get a big distribution deal...Tarsem just wouldn't back down, dammit!
