Review of The Fall (2006) by Charles M — 10 Mar 2013
A feast for the eye to begin with: wonderful locations, amazing costumes, marvelous colors, incredible camera work. Furthermore it's the story of a suicidal stuntman and a little girl becoming friends in a hospital in the 1920's.
He starts to tell these amazing adventures to the girl, and the further he gets, the more persons and actions in reality and fantasy become entangled. The improvised dialogues between the adult actor and the little girl are amazingly natural.
A masterpiece by Tarsem Singh as far as I'm concerned.
