Ignore the cover that doesn't happen, it's probably not even robert ginty under that helmet. Some brilliant early Stan Winston effects (the head slicing scene in Vietnam is amazing). But the film is just long, boring, nasty and badly shot.
Check out the drawn out scene with Chris George and Sam Eggar walking through the park. Awful.
