I thought the movie was starting off really slowly until I realized that the awkwardness wasn't the actors, it was the actING. Zoe Kazan and Mark Rendall got the awkwardness of a teenage love affair down pat; I actually remembered having some of the same conversations when I was a kid.
A not necessarily happy movie that nonetheless leaves you with a little smile.
