Review of The Experiment (2010) by Nathan B — 13 Oct 2010
An interesting movie to watch. That much is sure. However, even though you will enjoy what you see for what it is. You also will walk away with the sense that there is so much more to the story that we are not being shown.
The story just does not dig deep enough into its own premise. The cast is strong, and they really do well with what they have. Even that kid from Never Back Down steps up his game.
That said, watching Adriane Brody Forest Whitaker and Clifton Collins Jr. you can see the difference between actors and people who could act.
The dichotomy of man is on study here. A man who is against violence is the quickest to commit the act, and it is this type of thing I just wanted to see more of. Decent, but not up to its own potential.
