Hollywood version of Das Experiment with a few differences. Good on its own. Adrien Brody got fired from his job. At a rally, he saw Maggie Grace and they fall in love. Adrien participate a behavioral experiment.

Forest Whitaker also participate. Fisher Stevens is the scientist. The participants will take up their roles and live in a prison for two weeks. Forest and Cam Gigandet are the prison guards, Adrien and Ethan Cohn are the prisoners.

The guards must give proper punishment and stick to the rules or else they will all not get paid. Adrien cellmate are Clifton Collins Jr and Ethan. During basketball time, a prisoner wanted to pass the ball to a guard David Banner but it hit his face.

Cam wanna punish them even though the guard says its accident. Cam doesn't want the experiment end. The prisoners all do push ups. Day 2, at meal time, Clifton is only one to finish the food. The guard want Adrien to eat the paste and he refuse and throw the paste on his hand.

The prisoners throw their food around and the guard came out. Cam suggest using violence to strike fear but the rules state no violence allow. Forest suggest humiliation as punishment. Adrien is drag out and cuff.

Forest give warning to everyone and is happy with his performance. Ethan complain his blood sugar dropping but they don't care. Day 3, Forest force Ethan to join in the rec time even though he is weak.

Adrien and Forest taunt each other on the issue and the latter nearly hit. Adrien suspect Clifton went to jail before. The guards were talking and Forest want to strike fear to Adrien. He is tied to a chair and long hair shave away.

Forest kick the char down and piss on him. Some join in as well. David is the only one feeling disgusted and tell the rest he is walking out if such thing happen again. Day 4, Adrien keep a piece of bread and give it to Ethan.

He need insulin injection which is in his bag. Adrien offer his share of money to David in order for him to get the insulin. Cam is masturbating on bed while reading porno mag but the upper bunk guy caught him.

He find one inmate and want him to blowjob. Forest came in before the ordeal and another guard inform him about David taking things from the bag. Forest make David empty his pocket and ask who instruct him.

He put the insulin on Ethan bed. Forest shave his own hair and torture Adrien, dipping his head into toilet bowl. He wake David up and the others beat him badly. He become prisoner 76. Adrien had enough and throw his shirt.

The other prisoners soon follow suit. He climb up the door and to the camera he says open the door. Forest drag him down and pin him. Ethan punch his back, Forest use the baton to knock his head and he fell out cold.

Adrien is lock in a sewer pipe. The prisoners are all lock in solo. Cam find the same prisoner again for blowjob and fuck him. Adrien manage to unledge the handle and break out. He and the prisoner kill Cam.

He free Clifton and then free everyone. Ethan is already dead. All prisoners get weapons and prepare war. The guards escapes and Forest still want to fight. He try to stab Adrien with a knife but he stop with his palm.

He pin him on the floor and punch his face. The red alarm sound and the door open. Everyone stop and walk out. A bus came and bring them out. Everyone still get paid. Adrien go to India with Maggie. Fisher is charge with murder.
