If you were expecting academy award performances mixed with a compelling storyline, clearly you were mistaken. This film offers just what one would expect from a sequel to the first two Expendables, a stellar cast of former action stars, big guns, big explosions, and garbled lines.
It is a fun popcorn movie and should not be rated on the basis of artistic merit.
