The swelling ranks do not help this film nor does the lower rating, its nice to see Stallone admit that was a mis-step and my have been a cause for its low box office. The fact that a retail quality copy of the film was leaked a couple of weeks before hand was no doubt a factor also.

The addition of Snipes, Banderas and Ford adds a little to the film as does Gibson chewing up the screen as the films bad guy but with a cast of 14 plus no one really gets a stand out moment or like Li looks like they filmed their scene on their lunch break from another film.

A probably fourth could do with trimming the cast back a bit or even splitting the cast across two films Mission: Impossible style and increasing the rating level would also help.
