How does a film series franchise known for simply action get even better - Wesley Snipes - yes! - But what has gone seriously wrong with this franchise is the exact same thing that went wrong with the X-Men series.
I call it the "Jumped the Frasier Franchise Shark Syndrome." The moment your are so desperate for new ideas you have to employ Kelsey Grammar, your franchise is finished as far as quality. I have nothing against Kelsey Grammar in his element - but that is NOT an action movie.
