You can see what they were aiming for with an all-star action-movie cast and knowing self-references and the idea isn't totally bad, nor some of the action sequences. But the script, plot and cliche moments are.
And the violence, whilst intentionally video-game is really too excessive. Just about kills some time in a sadistic sort of a way.
