It's got big guns, big explosions, a bunch of old action heroes and Jason Statham. Mickey Rourke is decent as well as Stalone but I have to say that Eric Roberts is excellent as the cartel douche bag.
Overall the story is weak and played out in too many other films and if the opening scene on the boat would have been the quality of the rest of the film it would have been a much more entertaining ride.
