Merely an excuse to throw a load of action stars in the same movie together. Considering the line-up I expected better.
I couldn't make out some scenes because they were ridiculously dark. Stallone is a poor director and I threw together better story lines when I played with my GI Joe's when I was 8.
I really couldn't tell if this was a piss take or not.
