An okay movie, definitely better than the first. There is at least a recognizable villain. The problem is that they waste a perfectly good character before the halfway mark, leaving us with the characters you kind of remember from the first movie.
The film's humor doesn't really reach a happy medium--either you chuckle, or you feel like screaming (not with laughter).
