Cram a movie with some of my favourite action stars and it's a no brainer I'm going to enjoy it at least a little bit. Having seen the first one, what let me down with this is that it did not hold true to its promise of more action.

Granted the action scenes were gratuitous and over the top, but rather than feel like a non-stop rollercoaster ride, it felt more like wading through filler to get to the good stuff. You have to be a true fan of the 80s action giants to really enjoy it - and fortunately I am, but next time (and you know there'll be a next time) I'd like more of that rolling action story, and less focus on showing off who they actually found to be a part of it.
