This is a fun sequel to the 2010 box office hit, which compensates from the limited use of Jet Li with a Sylvester Stallone and Jason Statham bromance, and benefits from the addition of some new characters: Jean-Claude Van Damme is fun as the villain of the piece, Yu Nan brings some feminine flair and lone wolf Chick Norris steals the show.
Apparently, the central plot involves the location of plutonium and saving the world from evil, but, let's face it, when action heroes from the 80s and 90s are banded together to engage in battle and blow things up, who cares?
