Directed by Sly Stallone himself, and with a cast list that seems to include just about every major action movie actor of the 80s and 90s (Stallone! Schwarzenegger! Willis! Lundgren! Jet Li! Statham! - even if some of those are really only cameos), it's pretty obvious from the outset just what type of film this is going to be!
Swamped in testosterone, with body parts and fake blood flying every-where, this is definitely a throw-back to the action movies of the 80s. It's also not a bad film by any means; just lacks that something (apart from the cast) that would make it truly memorable.
