Doesn't feel much like the first, but I suppose it's not the worst sequel. It gets confusing, and it starts off pretty dull. As the plot goes on though, it starts to make some sense. The final scene is decent, and Brad Dourif does a good job as the Gemini killer.
Overall, it doesn't compare to the first, but it's somewhat decent on its own.
