Review of The Ex (2006) by Courtney N — 12 Apr 2009
I really wanted this to be a great movie. I think it had so much potential with such a great cast (minus Peet) but it was a major let down. I loved Zach Braffs character and I found my constantly angry that Amanda Peets character was so mean to him.
I felt very sorry for him. I loved seeing Charles Grodin in this movie. He was so great!! Looked so good, and still very handsome. Mia Farrow was a little annoying in this but played her character very well.
I love Jason Bateman and I think he played his character very well. However, when you combine all these crazy characters with a very bad story the movie is noting but a failure. too bad.
