Review of The Ex (1996) by Rachael M — 19 Feb 2008
I laughed several times while watching this movie, but it's not worth more than 2 stars, and I'll explain why. Zach Braff is basically identical to his JD character in Scrubs, even down to the occassional pratfall.
Amanda Peet is decent, Charles Grodin is hilarious, and Jason Bateman is relatively passable in the role. My message to the direcotr, Mr. Peretz: good job taking a talented actor like Braff and just getting him to do something he's done for years.
Way to go, Chief.
