I expected this special feature from the Star Trek: The Next Generation Motion Picture Collection to include more clips from the tv shows and movies. Nimoy gives a brief introduction, then Jones takes over narration, and Eaves exclusively gives technical specifications that trace the changes to the various models of the Enterprise.

There is no other commentary. Computer generated diagrams and 3D imaging, as if from Federation databases are used.
