Review of The Even Stevens Movie (2003) by Cecily B — 11 Mar 2010

I loved the show -- I found it entertaining and clever, for the most part, in a "just-want-to-chill" way. Nothing earth-shattering, but a fair way to spend 30 minutes while not necessarily wanting to spend too much time or brainpower on the show.

However, the movie just didn't do it justice -- the premise is sort-of silly (which I suppose could have been expected) and a bit too drawn out for my taste -- honestly, an exploitation of the concept, whereas it could have been either more succint or given additional action/concept.
