Based on the 80's television show, the Antoine Fuqua (Training Day) directed adaptation "The Equalizer" has solid action and a story that has been told many times but it's told very competently and the acting is top notch.
It's one of Denzel's most physically active roles and his charisma goes off the charts as he takes down baddies in many violent ways.
