The Russian Mafia has deeply penetrated American life. One Moscow boss gets thoroughly wiped out by an ex black ops type guy who thought he'd left all that super hero derring do behind him for an anonymous existance as a shelve stocker & book reader.

He can't stand by while a prostitute who frequents his favorite cafe gets caught up in their human traficking wing of their many enterprizes & lands in the hospital. He gives them all a chance to change their ways & then dispatches them mercilously when they inevitably don't.
