Review of The Equalizer 2 (2018) by Tropicaces — 19 Jul 2018
I really did not enjoy the first film so I went in almost dreading this, but I was thoroughly surprised. Denzel, even in these “throwaway” roles, continues to show why he is one of the best to ever do it, and the action and plot were much more clean and concise this time around.
It’s solid in-the-moment escapism if nothing else.
