"Gulp", "Oh No", "WTF", "How is that guy smiling?", "I take my hat off dear sir" are things I repeatedly said throughout this stark documentary on the prevails of a surgeon with a heart bigger than london itself.
Please note that you may have to hide behind your hands (like I did) when watching the brain tumour removal scene!
