Nicely acted tale of adultery and the price people because of it. This movie won the Oscar for best picture, and although it is a good movie, and looks just stunning in many parts, I have trouble believing that it was the best movie of the year, but then again, maybe that was a thin year for movies in 1996.
None the less, a good movie overall, but sadly it is laced with needless nudity and that takes away from such a beautiful looking film.
