Review of The English Patient (1996) by Bill Y — 28 Jul 2014
Slow moving, but an emotional and powerful love story, 'The English Patient' does plod along but it cannot be accused of doing it without purpose. Ralph Fiennes is sympathetic and convincing as the Count Laszlo Almasy.
His performance is the emotional driver of this film and audiences will have no choice but go along for the ride.
